PA to Director of People and Shared Services Administrator

This role will be a permanent, full-time role with the hours of work of 35 hours per week for 52 weeks per year.
We have an exciting opportunity for a PA to our director of people and shared service administrator. Supporting the director of people, chief operating officer and deputy chief operating officer working across the three City of London independent schools based in central London.
The role will include administrative support, diary management, HR meeting coordination, and assistance with the project management office function. The successful candidate will have previous PA/administrative experience, strong communication skills both written and oral and good teamwork skills. Proficiency in MS Office and strong IT skills are essential.
