Last Friday, the annual young musician of the year competition heats took place, where we welcomed specialist adjudicators to provide useful and constructive feedback. It was an enriching experience to hear such talented musicians play a variety of instruments. On Tuesday, the winners of individual categories gathered in St Giles' Church to compete in the final. It was a pleasure to hear the winners from CLS too, as this was our first joint final. Congratulations to our overall junior young musician of the year, Joslyn (year 8), and to our joint senior winners Emily (year 9) and Nadya Pickup (year 10). A big thank you to Ms Cox for organising such a special event.
