Year 7 spent a morning off-timetable thinking about coaching and emotional literacy, learning about the important skills of effective listening and empathy. Students got to know each other by asking questions like ‘How would you describe a perfect day?’ and ‘If you could have one superpower, which would you choose?’. They heard about how coaching can help make sense of challenges and how to achieve goals. There was a fantastic energy in the room and the coaching team really enjoyed getting to know more about what makes year 7 students tick.
