Over the half term, our students immersed themselves in Japanese life, travelling across the bright lights of Tokyo, the timeless temples of Kyoto, and the lively streets of Osaka. A visit to a Fukui senior school offered them a glimpse of daily life and lasting international friendships. During their stay they also delighted in a robot-served meal at the Dawn Avatar Café, as well as taking part in a traditional tea ceremony in Kyoto, karaoke nights, and hiking through the iconic torii gates of Fushimi Inari.
