The Injustice System? A talk from Dr Louise Hewitt

On Monday 28 February, we were lucky enough to have Dr Louise Hewitt, director of the UK branch of The Innocence Project charity, deliver a talk for us. She explained why the justice system fails some people, how the law needs to be changed to fix this, and how students can get involved. Dr Hewitt’s talk was very informative about the - often very confusing – justice system and led many students to reconsider their blind trust in its decisions.
