Year 9 take on sustainable fashion

Earlier this week, year 9 students spent the day working on an independent learning project on sustainable clothing. In houses, they were tasked with creating a brand, advertisement and four outfits from scratch, alongside a presentation articulating their decisions. Groups were thoughtfully inspired by big fashion brands such as Alexander McQueen and Vivienne Westwood. Congratulations to St Bride, who were crowned the winners. Their impressive brand 'Mirage' was inspired by the desert ecosystem.
