I had the opportunity to travel to Milan and speak at a sustainability conference held by the global energy transition company MAIRE. I was invited to represent our generation and share my own opinions on the ongoing climate crisis. I chose to touch upon themes of climate anxiety and offer reasons why I think the world and wider society are not doing enough. In addition to the 200 executives attending from all over the world, the event was livestreamed for clients, future energy investors and 9000 members of staff. It was amazing to share my voice with such influential people who have the power to make positive change.
