Supreme Court and Parliament trip

Year 12 students on politics trip

Our politics class visited the Houses of Parliament and the Supreme Court. Given that our A level course discusses UK politics - specifically the House of Lords, the Commons, the powers between them as well as the Supreme Court's powers - this was a fantastic trip. We had the opportunity to witness our curriculum come to life! When visiting the House of Lords, we learned about Parliament’s history, seeing the reality of what we have learnt about in class. Afterwards, we visited the Supreme Court and sat in the seats of the Justices of London. This was truly an insightful and enriching trip!
