Four months into the SPARC programme, students have now reached their tenth meeting with their PhD specialist mentors in their chosen fields. Yesterday’s write-up day brought together seven schools and 90 students, providing dedicated time to complete a final draft of their research journal article. This milestone marked the transition from guided research to independent academic writing at a very high level. Through their original work, it’s wonderful to see that students are already emerging as pioneers in their chosen fields!
