On Wednesday, all year 9 Spanish students went to the British Film Institute for a fantastic day all about Spanish cinema.
The day began with a workshop where we watched a few Spanish short films, discussed our opinions, and did some fun activities about them, all whilst enriching our knowledge of the language and culture. After lunch, we all gathered in one of the BFI’s luxurious screening rooms for a viewing of Atlético San Pancho, a Spanish film about a group of children who start a football team in a forgotten town in Mexico. All in all, it was a brilliant day, full of wonderful entertainment and lots of new Spanish to take home with us!
