The virtual nature of this year's concert definitely posed unique challenges, as year 12 performer Lauren commented: "let's just say only hearing yourself playing in a room can be a little stressful compared to being swept up in the ambiance of an actual concert". However, she also found the process of assembling beautiful pieces of music from individual recordings taken miles away from each "truly amazing".
If you agree, the music department are accepting voluntary donations via the box office, to be split between Street Child and the bursary fund. Perhaps the cost of a ticket to your favourite jazz club and a cocktail on arrival?
