On Tuesday, music scholars from years 7 to 11 gathered in the main hall for the annual scholars’ concert. It was a fantastic occasion, with exquisite performances on a wide variety of instruments, ranging from piano, violin, flute, recorder, tuba and viola, to name but a few. There was music from a wide range of eras: Chopin and Mozart to Ian Clarke. It was wonderful to see what our fellow musicians have been working on, to welcome the new scholars, and also to hear some beautiful music.
