Students perform for NHS workers at Royal Free Hospital
Last Wednesday Livvy, Safaa and Eleanor from year 12 performed at an event for keyworkers in the Royal Free Hospital. They played a variety of uplifting duets and trios (consisting of two flutes and a clarinet) - all of which were very successful as many doctors and nurses stopped to thank them!
Year 12 mathematicians had a great trip to the maths in action conference last week. Topics covered included Fermat's last theorem and transforming mobius strips, how MRI scanners function & how numbers determine which musical notes sound good together.
