Two teams of year 12 and year 11 students travelled to the finals of the Oxford Schools' debating competition at the Oxford Union.
There they debated motions on the narrative that women can have it all, vocational skills, artificial general intelligence and career politicians. Our year 12 team of Meghan and Inji were unfortunate to record a fourth in their first round, which meant that although they came second in their next debate and first in their last two, they were one point short of what was needed to qualify for the semi-finals. There was also an impressive performance by our year 11 team of Reya and Eliza. Congratulations to all involved!
