Congratulations to Isi in year 8, who was awarded runner-up in the years 7-9 category of the Oxford German Olympiad for a film she made of herself making her favourite Austrian dish, Kaiserschmarren. Last week, Isi attended the prize-giving ceremony in Oxford pictured above. A huge well done to her!
Year 12 mathematicians had a great trip to the maths in action conference last week. Topics covered included Fermat's last theorem and transforming mobius strips, how MRI scanners function & how numbers determine which musical notes sound good together.
