We took part in a joint geopolitics workshop at COLA Highgate Hill. We spent the day learning about Small Island Developing States and the political, economic and environmental challenges they face. To better understand the impact of these issues, we imagined ourselves as citizens of the fictional island of Motu and considered how members of the community might respond to different scenarios, shedding light on an important yet underrepresented area of political debate which we all found to be fascinating.
