If you were wandering through the Barbican this week and caught music drifting across the moat, you will have already gained a sense of MOATFest in full swing. Tuesday’s string ensemble concert showcased a fantastic programme, with students performing works by Vivaldi, Telemann and Hisaishi. On Wednesday, our school bands took to the stage with bold contemporary line-ups, featuring standout performances from Synchronicity, Vocal Vibes, The Prolifics and the Rock Group. The week culminated with yesterday's NoteFest, where Sinfonia joined forces with CLS musicians for vibrant renditions of Scheherazade and The Pink Panther.
