Mission fete

A huge thank you to the mission committee (year 12) for their organisation of an outstanding mission fête to raise money for Street Child. The students demonstrated their creativity with a huge variety of stalls; from the crowded boba stand, to the hair braiding and face painting stall, not a single table went unnoticed! A highlight was - of course - sponge the teacher. We commend the bravery of every teacher bold enough to face the precise aim our students have. We watched with bated breath as Ms Mapstone's protective waterproof hat - a Waitrose plastic bag - got knocked off her head within seconds! The amount of money raised for Street Child will be announced in our next issue.
