In early June, I went to the University of Southampton's award evening for the junior and senior mathematical challenge prize winners. The event started with maths puzzles and games, such as Rubik’s cubes and metal puzzles, followed by dinner and the awards ceremony. I particularly enjoyed the lecture by Professor Nils Andersson on Einstein’s theory of relativity. The event was extremely interesting, and I encourage other students to participate.
