It was lovely to be able to hold a concert at St Giles Church for the first time this year as part of our Lunchtime Concert Series. The audience enjoyed a number of solos and duets on piano, flute and violin with repertoire spanning from movements by Vivaldi and Bach to modern pieces such as 'Boogie 555' and 'Shark Soup'.
A big thank you to all the visiting music teachers who helped to prepare their students for performance, especially Miss Jauregui, who performed duets with her students.
It was a great opportunity for the students to play in a different ambiance and we look forward to hosting more concerts at the church in the next academic year.
