Our main hall burst into colour and celebration as we welcomed the Lunar New Year in true City style. Students leapt between jianzi rallies, elegant calligraphy, intricate paper cutting, and a fiercely contested chopsticks challenge, all the while looking the part in traditional Chinese outfits. Alongside tea tasting, sweets, and an abundance of fortune cookies, it was impossible not to feel luckier following these joyous celebrations.
