he explains, "Lingoscope is a website where students from around the world can submit written work in a variety of different languages and we publish a magazine monthly showcasing this work. Although this is currently our main service, we have also launched a virtual pen pal scheme and a few other language learning resources, including a German podcast, are in the works.
