In June, a group of our year 12 students participated in a leadership day in collaboration with seven partner schools from the City of London Family of Schools. The day began with powerful student-led speeches reflecting on inspirational leadership figures and personal role models, sparking thoughtful discussion on what it means to lead with purpose and integrity. Through a range of interactive workshops and team-based challenges, we were able to develop skills in communication, collaboration and decision-making. We then utilised these skills in a treasure hunt around the City. The day left us inspired, empowered, and better equipped to take on leadership roles both within our schools and in the wider world.
