ISOC fundraiser

CLSG's ISOC students drawing henna for younger year students

To commemorate the UN International Day to Combat Islamophobia, City's Islamic Society held a lunchtime event to raise awareness of the issue. As part of this, we had a henna stall, pick n mix, try on a hijab, and 'Ask a Muslim' - all of which were a hit, but especially the sweets! By the end of lunch, the school community had raised nearly £130 for Islamic Relief's 'Where Most Needed' fund. Thank you again to everyone who participated!
