Our year 10s laced up for a practice Silver Duke of Edinburgh expedition across the South Downs, in preparation for the Black Mountains of Wales. The weather played (mostly) nice, with only a splash of Saturday rain, though a few couldn’t resist testing their waterproofs by rolling down a hill. Meanwhile, our Bronze Duke of Edinburgh explorers made the most of blue skies at Mulberry Bush Farm Campsite in the Chilterns, honing their navigation skills.
