Students in every year chose between a Come Dine With Me challenge (cooking a meal for their family), a Bake Off challenge (making a showstopper or technical bake), a photography challenge (capturing 'life in lockdown'), an art challenge (recreating a famous piece of art using only household items) and a poetry challenge (writing a song about how society might change after the pandemic). The results were shared among form groups in PSCHE on Wednesday, and we’ve compiled a selection of the best for you here!

The art of persuasion
We have seen great performances from our debaters at a series of recent meets.
Sister act: siblings concert and prep concert videos
For many of our musical siblings, more time together has also meant more time practising together. To celebrate this familial talent, we have put together our very first ever Siblings Concert, where you can watch some wonderful sibling sessions on recorders, strings, piano, and voice.
Sustainability at City
CLSG has joined the Eco-Schools Programme, a global initiative encouraging pupil-led climate action. Over the coming year, we will work towards their Green Flag Award, carrying out an environmental review of the school and putting in place an action plan on a range of areas including waste, transport, biodiversity and energy.
