We kicked off our Christmas holidays with a trip to the Rhineland in Germany. We practised our German in the Christmas markets, buying lots of gifts and tasting delicious food. During the trip, we also rode the scariest in rollercoasters in Europe at Phantasialand, and met our pen pals at Marksburg Castle in Koblenz. On our final day, we ended the trip on the Rhine and took a visit to Cologne Cathedral.
