It’s been a busy fortnight for City Futures! Year 11 had a CV and cover letter writing workshop, developing skills which will help them apply for work experience after their GCSEs. Year 10 UX/UI went to Experience Haus for a design brief from a client. In the summer students will present their design project back at the same agency. The year 9 mentorpreneurship group completed the first of a 4 day course about entrepreneurship at LSE, learning about how to investigate problems to design a business idea. Meanwhile year 13 students submitted UCAS forms, while those hoping for interviews completed an interview workshop and online mock interviews with our wonderful alums. For medics and dentists, we held a day-long interview course run by Dr Abe Bashir. The next day students took part in a mock MMI (multiple mini interview) at CLS.
