We were delighted to hear that Siomha (year 11) has been selected as one of the commended writers for the Foyle Young Poets award this year. This is the second time she's been commended and is an incredible achievement, as she has made it within the top 100 of over 17,000 entries! Last Wednesday, Siomha attended a prize ceremony at the British Library, where the Poetry Society announced the top 100 entries. Congratulations, Siomha.
