Our industrial cadet team was delighted to win the innovation award at this year's EDT Industrial Cadets London celebration event, recognising the team's outstanding creativity, engineering design and problem-solving skills. The event marked the culmination of an eight-month programme in which students from schools across the country worked alongside professional industry mentors to tackle real-world engineering challenges. Students also heard from leading engineers and industry professionals, gaining valuable insight into the exciting opportunities within the sector.
