Earth Day couldn’t have been marked in a better way! Students from City Junior School, Galleywall and Redriff teamed up with our year 7 class for a Dragon’s Den–style sustainability event, where we spent the day designing bold, eco‑friendly products for a greener future. Some of the creative ideas included an eco‑shredder to turn old clothes into something new, and an eco‑spray designed to help plastic biodegrade faster. We also heard from guest speaker Christopher Pritchard, Sustainability Fund Manager at Macquarie Asset Management, who invited us to think about what the future might look like without renewable innovation.
