On Monday our year 7 Chinese class had an unforgettable visit to Din Tai Fung, where we took part in an exciting dumpling and bao bun–making workshop led by professional chefs. We learned the art of shaping dumplings and even attempted Din Tai Fung’s famous 18-fold xiaolongbao - a real test of patience and precision! The best part was getting to taste our own handmade creations at the end.
