A group of year 12s were kindly invited to visit Cordon Bleu, a world-renowned culinary school. During our guided tours we were shown their cuisine and pastry kitchens, where we were able to watch a portion of their cake decorating class! After visiting classrooms and learning about degree options at the school, we took a trip to their cafe and had delicious food, prepared by their very own professional chefs.
