CLSG Music Lunchtime Series

A couple of weeks ago we held the first in our music lunchtime series, a range of small, intimate music concerts that showcase different styles and concepts. This introduction to the series was an open concert, which was a performance opportunity for soloists and small groups to take the stage in front of both family and peers in a relaxed environment. From Christmas classics to Vivaldi, the audience enjoyed approximately 40 minutes of delightful music making by students from Year 7 up to the Sixth Form. Lit up by the twinkling lights of the Christmas tree in our main hall, the students performed brilliantly, and we are excited to see what the Lunchtime Series will bring next when it continues in January.
