A group of year 8 students performed in a City schools concert, consisting of rock, pop and jazz pieces that students from the City of London family of schools helped to create. Our rehearsals included workshops run by professional musicians from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, who assisted us in composing a song based on the concert's theme, Songs of Resilience. We also wrote our own lyrics, naming our piece Song In B.
