Usually conducted as five consecutive trips, under the themes of architecture, banking, law, publishing and technology, Year 10 were joined by several professionals who provided a taster of the world of work in London post education. Participating organisations included employees from UBS, Lazard, Dentons, the Old Bailey, Purcell, New London Architecture, Condé Naste and Unruly.

Year 8 are currently studying the topic of Population in Geography. To mark their last lesson of remote learning, 8L were tasked with recreating the Demographic Transition Model (DTM) in the most creative way, using objects and resources from around the house.

Race against time: virtual cross country results
During the last lockdown, our cross country runners took part in the London schools virtual cross country race, for which athletes completed a set distance run and sent their times in.

Year 12 mathematicians had a great trip to the maths in action conference last week. Topics covered included Fermat's last theorem and transforming mobius strips, how MRI scanners function & how numbers determine which musical notes sound good together.
