Last week, we celebrated the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women for IWD.
In form time, students were encouraged to think about how we can embrace equity and accelerate gender parity. They also spent time discussing common biases women experience in the workplace. On Friday, a group of sixth form students went to CLS to hear from a panel of female speakers who are celebrated for their achievements, as well as discussing the barriers still facing women in the workplace.
