On Monday evening we were all treated to a wonderful carol service at St Giles', Cripplegate. Victoria's impressive organ solo preluded the service, and then we began in darkness with a beautifully sung solo verse of Once in Royal David’s City by Nadya. A wide variety of music was shared during the evening, from the most traditional of Christmas carols to a modern piece from our very own Mr Quesnel! We enjoyed the stunning performances of three different choirs and beautifully delivered readings were given by students, Mrs Brown, our Chair of Governors and even a CLSG alumna. The whole evening was a touching way to celebrate the festive season and our community as a whole.
