The sales and events team of our Young Enterprise company, City Charms, attended a trade fair at Spitalfields Market. In the weeks leading up to the fair, our team dedicated countless hours to making many different bracelets for us to sell. It was a great experience as we were able to interact with customers first-hand, present our ideas to the public and work on our problem-solving skills. It was inspiring to see so many innovative ideas from other young entrepreneurs and gain valuable real-world perspective. We were judged on all sorts of things, from customer service to the sustainability of our product, and we received positive feedback and encouragement from judges and customers!
