The students get into uniform and practice various drills and activities designed to develop their team building, leadership and communication skills. The students get to attend a black-tie event at Guildhall where they help to run an auction and raffle to raise money. CLSG students who have participated highlighted how much they enjoyed getting involved with the police system as young women, and PC Masterson, who ran the programme, described the pupils as a ‘credit’ to themselves and the school.
