Run by two sixth form presidents and overseen by a member of staff, Jewish society aims to and succeeds in providing a community for Jewish students at CLSG and in educating the wider community about Jewish religion, culture and values. They host regular, inclusive events and assemblies and often arrange activities to mark Jewish festivals. They invite outside speakers to run workshops in the school and most recently welcomed a speaker from Jewish Women’s Aid to discuss healthy relationships from a Jewish perspective.
