Innocence club
Years 10-13
Set up by students, the club examines current case studies that the Innocence Project charity are working on, and researches the causes of wrongful convictions. They then work together to discuss how these issues can best be solved using lateral thinking and creative problem solving. The students encourage their peers to sign important law reforms which the Innocence Project supports, and they are planning the club’s first fundraising event for the charity.
