Aspiring performer wellbeing programme
Our mission is to support students in combining their academic studies with a busy extra-curricular schedule.
The programme enables students to continue their passion for extra-curricular whilst gaining a greater understanding of balance, and provides a safe space in which pupils can be fully seen, heard and celebrated by their peers, school community and family members.
Events throughout the year include workshops in nutrition, wellbeing and resilience and strength and conditioning, and culminate in a conference.
This year's theme was belonging, building and balancing; focusing on how we create our sense of belonging and identity as an athlete and within a community, build a support team around us, and how focusing on our lifestyle choices, recovery and wellbeing can lead to a healthy balanced life.
‘Here, what counts are ideas. And in the heat of adolescence, students can develop what they think and believe is important, often giving them confidence that will last a lifetime.’ Read @clsghead ‘s article in today’s @telegraph via the link in our bio.
