City of London School for Girls is a selective, independent day school in the heart of the City. Girls come to us from all over London. It is a unique learning environment, and we are delighted that you are considering joining us.

Our next 11+ open events will be held on Friday 25 September and Thursday 1 October, in each case from 10am to 12pm. Bookings for these are now open via this link.

We highly recommend visiting us. We have various open events over the summer and autumn terms.
Register
Registration for entry in September 2027 is now open and will close on Friday 30 October 2026.
First assessment
Our first assessments will be held between 13 and 18 November 2026.
Second assessment and interview
Our second assessments will be held on Wednesday 6 January 2027. Interviews will follow later in January.
Places offered
Offers, including scholarship and bursary offers, will be sent via email on Friday 12 February 2027.
Deadline to accept: early March 2027.
Welcome afternoon
In the summer term, the newest year group of City students – and their parents – gather in the school building to meet each other, ask any questions, and settle into their new school space.
